Who we are: Brisa Calma is a trade name of [COMPANY NAME], [FULL ADDRESS]. Commercial register: [REGISTRATION NUMBER]. Email: [EMAIL ADDRESS].

Scope: these terms apply to every offer from Brisa Calma and to every distance contract between Brisa Calma and a consumer. You can save and print them. The contract is concluded in Spanish.

Offer and prices: we describe our products as completely and honestly as possible, including composition and size information. Colours in photos may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free on orders from €60; for orders under €60, shipping costs €4.95. You always see the total price before paying. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on us.

The contract is concluded when you complete and pay for your order. You will receive a confirmation by email. You pay with the payment methods shown at checkout.

Delivery: we ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands within 5–8 working days and at the latest within 30 days, unless another period has been agreed. If this is not possible, we will let you know and you may cancel the contract free of charge. The risk of damage or loss lies with us until you receive the product.

Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days to withdraw and returns are free. How it works and the model form: see the "Returns and withdrawal" page.

Guarantee: our products conform to the contract. You have a 3-year legal guarantee and your statutory rights always remain.

Complaints: write to us with your order number and a description. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may go to the competent courts.

Applicable law: these terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in Spain or another EU country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
