Where is my order?
When we ship your order, we send you an email with the tracking number and a link to see where it is at any time.
How to track your order
- Open the shipping email and click the tracking link.
- Or log in to your account using the email address you used when purchasing and select your order.
Delivery times
You will receive your order in 5–8 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €60 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (€4.95 on smaller orders).
Can't find the email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it still doesn't appear, write to us with your order number and we will help you.
