Free shipping from €60
Orders from €60 are shipped free to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For orders under €60, shipping costs €4.95. For now, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
You will always see the shipping cost at checkout before paying. The final price includes VAT: you do not pay anything extra upon receiving the order.
Delivery time: 5–8 business days
Your order will arrive in 5–8 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. You can check it anytime at Track my order.
Multiple items? They may arrive in separate packages
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You do not pay anything extra for this and will receive tracking for each package.
Ship to another address or as a gift
At checkout, you can enter any address in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, including someone else's. The tracking emails will be sent to your email address, so the surprise won't be spoiled.
Delays
If it takes longer than expected, we will notify you as soon as possible. If your order has not been delivered 30 days after purchase, you can cancel the contract and we will refund your money within 14 days.
