2. Scope
These terms apply to all offers from Brisa Calma and all distance contracts between Brisa Calma and a consumer. You can save and print them. The contract is concluded in Spanish.
3. Offer and Prices
We describe our products as fully and honestly as possible, including their composition and sizing information. The colors in the photos may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free on orders of €60 or more; for orders under €60, it costs €4.95 and is indicated before payment. Obvious errors in the offer do not bind us.
4. The Contract
The contract is concluded when you complete and pay for your order. You will receive an email confirmation immediately.
5. Payment
You pay when placing your order using the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The delivery time is 5–8 business days and no more than 30 days, unless another timeframe has been agreed. If delivery is not possible, we will notify you and you may terminate the contract free of charge. We bear the risk of damage or loss until you receive the product.
7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Warranty and Conformity
Our products conform to the contract and to what you can reasonably expect. You have a 3-year legal warranty. Your legal warranty rights are always maintained.
9. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and a description. We will confirm receipt and respond within 14 days. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may go to the competent courts.

11. Governing Law
These terms and any contract with us are governed by Dutch law. If you reside in Spain or another EU country, you retain the protection provided by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
