Returns and withdrawals

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period begins the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the product. If an order containing several products is delivered separately, the period begins the day after the last product is received.

Return in 3 steps

  1. Let us know via Withdraw from the contract here: you only need your order number and your email address. No account is required.
  2. Receive the label: we will send you the return instructions and label by email, free of charge.
  3. Send the package within 14 days. Once we receive it (or you show us proof of shipment), we will refund your money.

Need another size?

The fastest way: place a new order for the size you need and return the other item free of charge by following the steps above. We will refund the first one as soon as we receive it. This way, you won't have to wait for two consecutive shipments.

Free returns

Returns are free. Pack the product securely and keep your proof of shipment.

You may try on and examine the product as you would in a store. If you handle it more than is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning (for example, if you use it, wash it, or remove the labels), we may deduct the loss in value.

Refund

We will refund the total amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used unless you agree to another. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you prove that you have returned it, whichever occurs first.

Damaged or incorrect product

Is there a problem with your order or has the product arrived damaged? Write to us with your order number and a photo. Your legal rights are always maintained, including the 3-year legal warranty.
