Shipping policy

Shipping is free on orders from €60 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For orders under €60, shipping costs €4.95. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

The price at checkout is the total price, VAT included. You always see the total price, including shipping costs, before paying.

Delivery takes 5–8 working days. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

If it takes longer than expected, we will let you know as soon as possible. If your order has not been delivered 30 days after purchase, you may cancel the contract and we will refund your money within 14 days.
