Refund policy

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. You can do this on the page Withdraw from your contract here (in the footer of every page, no account needed), by email to [EMAIL ADDRESS] or using the model form on the "Returns and withdrawal" page.

Returns are free. After you notify us, we send you the instructions and the return label. Please send the product back within 14 days of your notice.

We refund the full amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have shown that you have sent it back.

You may try the product on as you would in a shop. If you handle it more than necessary (for example, if you wear it, wash it or remove the labels), we may deduct the loss in value.

Did your product arrive damaged or is it not the right item? Write to us with your order number and a photo. Your statutory rights always remain, including the 3-year legal guarantee.
